Apprenticeships with NOVA Employment
Apprenticeships and Traineeships are a means of gaining formal qualifications in a individuals career choice and offer the possibility of secure long term employment. NOVA Employment has always placed an emphasis on ensuring that job seekers who wish to participate as apprentices or trainees have the opportunity to do so.
Ben
Ben finished at Windsor High School and came to NOVA’s Richmond Branch seeking employment in the horticultural industry. With a passion for the work and a desire to succeed it wasn’t long before Ben was working in a traineeship as a groundsman.
When the traineeship was completed Ben was once again looking for work and added to his employability by gaining forklift, Bobcat and defensive driving qualifications and experience.
Hawkesbury Hospital recognized the effort and willingness on offer and Ben was a successful applicant for the position of Apprentice Gardener.
